We recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible to take advantage of all the benefits it brings. When you book early, you have a better chance of getting the date and time you want, allowing you to be more relaxed when it comes closer to your event or appointment. It also helps us plan better and guarantee availability of our services.

1. Our passenger capacity is three adults with optional room for a fourth.
2. We can accommodate a child or two.
3. Our charges are based on a daily rate of $2,000 or an hourly rate of $200 per hour with a minimum of two hours.
4. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
5. We ask you for a reservation deposit of $200 (which will be credited against the full charges) and payment in full no later than three (3) days before your event.
6. We add a 25% premium for travel after Midnight.
7. We have a $500 cleaning/damage charge.
8. Our cost to you (our rate) depends on the distances to and from your wedding or related event and the total time engaged. We will agree these with you in writing in advance.
9. Limolux is committed to protecting the safety, health, and well-being of our staff, employees and all people who come into contact with our workplace(s) and property, and/or use our services.
10. Recognizing that drug and alcohol abuse pose a direct and significant threat to this goal, Limolux is committed to ensuring a substance-free working environment for all of our staff and employees.
11. Limolux therefore strictly prohibits the illicit use, possession, sale, conveyance, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs, intoxicants, or
controlled substances in any amount or in any manner.
12. In addition, Limolux strictly prohibits the abuse of alcohol or prescription drugs.
13. Any violation of this policy will result in adverse employment action up to and including dismissal and referral for criminal prosecution.
14. Our regular Bentley or Jaguar vehicles are not considered suitable for wheelchair transport. However, in the event you still wish to secure our
services, we will provide wheelchair suitable transport at the same rate. Please recognize that the level of luxury and the user experience in such
substitute transport will be significantly different from that to be experienced in our regular vehicles
15. Please also note that, in accordance with the City of Dallas Ordinance. 29696, any clients wishing to make a complaint against us may do so in writing to the City of Dallas Department of Aviation, Transport Regulation Division at 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas TX 75201 or by email to
